Chelsea seem to have joined Tottenham Hotspur in the race for Juventus’ Dušan Vlahović in the summer.

That’s according to JuveLive.it, who state the Serie A side could receive an offer from the Premier League for the striker. They are waiting for the right proposal to cash in from his sale and would need around €70-80m after this season.

It’s claimed there are several teams interested in the 23-year-old and Chelsea and Tottenham are mentioned. Spurs have shown interest in him in recent years.

Tottenham currently have Harry Kane as first-choice striker and should he leave, they would have to invest on a new No.9 in the next window.

If Spurs are keen to sign the Serbia international, they will have to battle it out with the Blues, who have ‘surprisingly showed up’ to secure his services.

It’s claimed Chelsea are ready to offer a fee of around €50m plus include Christian Pulisic as part of the deal. The American is no longer part of the Blues’ plans, according to the report, and they could offer him plus money in exchange for the former Fiorentina man.

Vlahović has managed 11 goals and four assists from 31 games this season.
