Chelsea have made an ‘official offer’ to Dynamo Moscow over a deal for Arsen Zakharyan.
That’s according to Gianluca Di Marzio, who states the Blues are thinking about building a team for the future.
Therefore, Chelsea submitted a proposal to the Russian club to secure the 19-year-old’s services.
Operating in the middle of the pitch, he managed nine goals and nine assists from 34 matches in all competitions last season.
Chelsea’s interest in the Russia international is ‘so strong’ that they have opened up to a deal, which the Premier League side hope to ‘close quickly’.
Rafaela Pimenta, whose client lists includes Paul Pogba, Erling Haaland, Matthijs de Ligt and several other stars, is working on the Zakharyan deal. Thomas Tuchel’s side can count on the work of the agent, to swiftly seal the operation, according to the report.
The report does not provide any details of the offer made by Chelsea to Dynamo Moscow for Zakharyan.
