It’s only been a week since the end of the transfer window, and the big rumours of the football market are already getting back on track.
Italian outlet Tutto Mercato Web writes today about the talks between Juventus and Paulo Dybala for the striker’s new contract at the club.
However, they also point out that Chelsea are still interested in the Argentine star, and could soon move for his signing.
They say the transfer is a ‘concrete idea’ from the Blues, who are currently studying the possibilities and ‘at the window’, paying attention to the talks for Dybala’s renewal with Juventus.
It’s said Chelsea were interested in Lautaro Martinez in the summer, but he was always focused on signing for Barcelona or Real Madrid.
After failing to get him, the Premier League side now turn their attentions to the Juve star, hoping to sign him next year.
Since Dybala’s contract with the Old Lady expires in 2022, a renewal is of huge importance right now, otherwise they’d find themselves in a fragile position next summer.
