The list of names linked with Celtic’s managerial job is only set to grow until the club decide who will be leading them next season.

Neil Lennon has been back in the job since Brendan Rodgers left for Leicester City, but is expected to leave Celtic Park at the end of the current season.

Even Jose Mourinho has been linked with a stint at the Scottish Premiership club, yet right now he seems more concerned with fishing around a potential PSG role.

Claims started in Italy on Tuesday evening that Celtic are a ‘temptation’ for Claudio Ranieri.

The veteran manager, who crowned his career by taking Leicester City to the Premier League title, is currently manager at AS Roma. It’s already been confirmed that will come to an end when the season closes, and, as ever, Ranieri will be an option for several clubs.

Calciomercatoweb started the claims, although others have since picked it up, and it’s reported the 67 year old is on Celtic’s shortlist.
