Brighton & Hove Albion are today back to being linked to Universidad de Chile youngster Dario Osorio.

This time, the information is brought by the Italian media, where Citta Celeste features a story about the 19-year-old.

Their piece is about Lazio’s interest in the player, as they claim the Serie A side are set to hold a meeting with the player’s staff this week.

Speaking of the competition for the signing, Citta Celeste then points out that besides Italian clubs such as Bologna, Atalanta, Udinese and Sassuolo, foreign clubs such as Brighton, Sevilla and Real Madrid are all keeping an eye on the Chilean winger as well.

For now, there’s no information on how much the teenager would cost. He’s currently valued by Transfermarkt at €3m, but it seems clear that all this competition will bring his price up.

Osorio has been linked to a few Premier League sides for a while, and Brighton’s interest had already been revealed by the South American media back in the last summer.

At the time, it was claimed the Seagulls had made an approach for his signing, and now it seems their chase goes on.
