Turkish newspaper Hurriyet report Brentford are interested in signing Trabzonspor’s young midfielder Hakan Yeşil.
Thomas Frank’s side are no stranger to adding young talent to their squad with fellow Turkish youth international Halil Ibrahim Dervisoglu currently with the west London side.
Along with the Championship club, Hurriyet claim German clubs Freiburg and Stuttgart are also keeping tabs on the player.
Hurriyet claim the player would like to continue his career at Trabzonspor and wants to feature for the first team in the near future.
His contract with the Turkish club will expire at the end of next season and Trabzonspor could be looking to extend the current deal, given interest from other clubs like Brentford.
Yesil has made 19 appearances for Trabzonspor’s U19 team and scored one goal. He’s also represented his country 48 times in various age groups.
