Despite already bolstering their front line this summer with the arrival of Gabriel Jesus, it appears that Arsenal are still on the lookout for another forward.

This is what Media Foot in France are suggesting, as the outlet claim both the Gunners and Atlético Madrid are interested in Ferran Jutglà.

Currently at Club Brugge, the Spaniard signed for the Belgian club in the summer from Barça Atlètic for £4.5m and has hit the ground running.

Few will have expected this to happen, but the 23-year-old currently has eight goals and five assists in his first 14 games for his side, including two goals and two assists in the Champions League.

That’s why clubs like Arsenal and Atlético are keen, with the latter experiencing him first hand on Tuesday, as he had a hand in both goals in Club Brugge’s 2-0 win over the La Liga side.

Mikel Arteta’s side are said to ‘have a crush’ on the forward, and ‘have positioned themselves’ to follow him for the rest of the season.

Then, ‘depending on his progression’, he could ‘quickly become a target for the 2023 summer transfer window’.

With his value clearly rising after 13 goal contributions in 14 games, he probably won’t stay in Belgium for much longer, and Arsenal could be the ones to try and capitalise on some early scouting.
