Jeison Murillo was a stand-out performer for Inter Milan last season, and it isn’t really surprising to see him being linked to a few of the biggest clubs in Europe.

Antonio Conte’s Chelsea are apparently keen on signing Murillo as they’re in the transfer market for a centre-back, whilst Arsenal have also been linked in the past.

According to FC Internews, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester City were interested in Murillo, but it doesn’t seem to be concrete. Inter had reportedly placed him on the transfer list to keep FFP in check, but are determined to keep him now unless they receive very ‘rich offers’.

Arsenal are quite clearly in the transfer market for a defender after injuries to Per Mertesacker and Gabriel Paulista, but it’s unlikely Manchester City will sign more defenders after the capture of John Stones.
