We’ve just gone past a transfer window and the unrealistic shopping lists are already back, little by little.

Catalan outlet Sport has an article today talking about Chelsea’s bad results at the start of the season, as Roman Abramovich would apparently be mad at manager Antonio Conte.

The club owner would be unhappy with the results after spending €140m on signings, and reportedly demanded a change of situation immediately. Just like that.

But Conte, who was hired by Abramovich as the icing on the cake, is said to have had a daring response. He asked for more signings.

Sport says the Italian manager wants one player for each line of the team, except for a goalkeeper. Abramovich reportedly accepted that, and wants names such as Alvaro Morata, Romelu Lukaku or Antoine Griezmann.

Good luck with that.

The Russian boss would try to make this type of signing during the winter, but knowing how difficult it would be, it’s more likely that Chelsea’s ‘revolution’ would only be completed during the next summer window.

Therefore, we’ve got many months of many claims from all around Europe about how much Abramovich is willing to spend and on whom.
