Tottenham Hotspur star Richarlison is soon getting back to action, according to reports from Brazil.
Goal Brasil claims the forward ‘should return to training this week’ before adding that following his calf injury, he had been only having physiotherapy, and is now about to ‘start the transition process’ to normal activity.
The story says that this period should take between three and four days, meaning he will then be given the green light to get back on playing for Tottenham.
According to Goal, Richarlison should miss Spurs’ match against Liverpool at the weekend, but is expected to be available for the League Cup match against Nottingham Forest on Wednesday.
When the player got injured, there was huge concern about him possibly missing the World Cup, even because he got scared and left the stadium in tears.
However, it’s now said in the report that the 25-year-old should be in the list, which will be divulged by Brazil manager Tite on Monday.
In case those predictions are right, then Richarlison will be back for Tottenham even sooner than first expected, even giving him a bit of time to get some match fitness in the process.
