Stoke City name their price for club to sign their player – Keen on permanent exit

Turkish newspaper Sabah claim Stoke City have told Besiktas they must pay €2m if they want to sign Badou Ndiaye.

The Senegalese midfielder is looking likely to leave the Championship club after spending the second half of last season at Super Lig side Trabzonspor.

After two loan moves in Turkey in recent seasons, Sabah report Stoke City are now looking to sell the player permanently and they want €2m from Besiktas.

Conveniently for Stoke, it’s reported the Besiktas board are considering signing Ndiaye on a permanent basis rather than on a loan deal, and the 29 year old is said to be keen to continue his career in Turkey.

Previous reports from the Turkish press stated Besiktas manager Sergen Yalcin wants Ndiaye in his team next season.

The Stoke City owned player made 23 appearances for Trabzonspor in all competitions last season, scoring one goal. His contract will expire at the end of June 2022, but his time with the Potters is likely to end before then.
