After impressing in the Premier League last season, Wolves have been busy trying to improve their squad this summer.
They’ve already secured Raul Jimenez on a permanent deal, as well as Patrick Cutrone, while Jesus Vallejo also arrived on loan from Real Madrid.
It appears that they aren’t going to stop there, though, with reports in Italy that they’ve now got their eye on a midfield addition.
Sport Mediaset report that they’re interested in AC Milan midfield Franck Kessie and have already offered €28m for the Ivorian midfielder.
However, Sportmediaset explain that the Serie A side need money from transfers to try and fund a move for Angel Correa.
The €28m would come in handy in that regard, but they would prefer to get that money from selling Andre Silva.
That’s because Marco Giampaolo, AC Milan’s new manager, does not want to deprive himself of Kessie next season.
That suggests they will turn away any interest in Kessie at this moment in time, but perhaps if they can’t get rid of other players, namely Suso or Silva, they’ll consider a sale.
