Rangers have reached an agreement to sign PSV forward Couhaib Driouech, as relayed by reliable Dutch reports.
The Ibrox club have been linked with the Moroccan in recent weeks as Rangers’ manager Derek McInnes looks to add to his attack.
Earlier today we covered reports the Scottish Premiership side are looking to close a deal for the player. They want to do so quickly, especially after Celta Vigo nearly hijacked the transfers.
Over the past few days, Rangers have stepped up their efforts to sign him. The Eredivisie side rejected their initial offer and demanded €7-8m.

Following their initial offer for the Moroccan U23 international, the Ibrox club are prepared to pay up to €8.5m.
A deal will come down to the forward and weather he wants the move. There is no indication what personal terms will be offered to Driouech.
Rangers face competition
Rangers will be keen to wrap up a deal of the PSV player with recent reports Celta Vigo are also monitoring the situation. The Spanish club want to bring in a forward ahead of the new season.
Driouech doesn’t have a future at PSV and is likely to be offloaded this summer.He’s much liked around the squad and has been useful when needed. However, with players coming from injury, his role will diminish.
The youngster made 38 appearances in all competitions last season, scoring seven goals. He’s contracted to PSV until June 2029 after signing for the club in 2024.
Meanwhile, Eindhovens Dagblad report Rangers have a full agreement with both PSV and the player.
