Crystal Palace are ready to sanction a loan move to the Championship for Jesurun Rak-Sakyi this summer and Ipswich Town, Leicester City, Birmingham, Hull and Blackburn Rovers are all keen.
That’s according to Sports World Ghana, who say the list of Championship clubs are all ‘expressing their interest’ in the Crystal Palace youngster.
The website reports that Palace will let Rak-Sayki ‘commence talks’ with the various interested clubs this summer before deciding who he would like to join for next season.
According to their information, Ipswich are ‘putting a strong case’ on the table while Leicester ‘look very open’ to signing him as they target immediate promotion back to the Premier League.
The decision will ultimately be Rak-Sayki’s to make, with interest in him high following his successful loan spell at Charlton from Crystal Palace last season.
He managed 15 goals and nine assists in 49 games for the Addicks, winning the club’s young player of the year award and getting nominated for the EFL Young Player of the Year as well.
That campaign has clearly convinced Ipswich, Leicester City, Birmingham, Hull and Blackburn Rovers to make their moves but where the youngster ends up currently appears to be in the balance.
