Liverpool have been working on signing Paris Saint-Germain’s Bradley Barcola for most of the summer window.
On July 28th, we relayed news the forward and the Reds have an agreement in place for his personal terms. The Premier League side’s agreement with PSG is still missing.
At the weekend, Sport Witness covered a report from France explaining that Liverpool have made only one offer so far. The expectation is for them to return with an improved bid soon.
Liverpool resume talks

Liverpool not giving up
The Anfield club are playing a waiting game, to find out whether PSG will lower the price for the France international, before submitting another offer that will be accepted.
Manchester City are closing in on signing Lille’s Ayyoub Bouaddi for €100m. He will be the most expensive Ligue 1 player sold to a foreign club. PSG want Bradley Barcola’s sale to surpass that, and it’s likely to be over €115m.
As things stand, there’s no new offer from Liverpool. However, the PSG attacker and his entourage are confident he will end up at Anfield before next Tuesday’s deadline.
Liverpool are in ongoing discussions and when they reach a figure which is acceptable, they’ll make the offer formal.
