Arsenal

History

Founded in 1886 by Woolwich munitions workers as Dial Square, Arsenal F.C. became a London football powerhouse. Relocating to Highbury in 1913, the Gunners dominated the 1930s under Herbert Chapman. Key eras include George Graham’s success, Arsène Wenger’s “Invincibles” (2003–04), and recent title contention under Mikel Arteta.
