The Mexican winger could leave in the summer for a nice fee, and the Wolves forward would be the ideal man to replace him going forward.
Rudy Galetti, on his website, brings the latest on the situation on Monday, and explain that despite Lozano still being there, Napoli are ‘already thinking of a substitute’.
The Spaniard hasn’t renewed his contract at Wolves, knowing full well he will have a few clubs knocking on his door for a free transfer, and that’s why he is ‘looking around’ and ‘considering the Napoli track’ with his agent.
It’s not a done deal, but it’s a ‘situation that remains open to any scenario’, according to the journalist.
Traoré has made 24 appearances for Wolves this season, scoring two goals and picking up one assist in all competitions.
