Torino remain keen on signing Nikola Vlasic on a permanent basis from West Ham United as he continues to shine for them.

That’s according to Tuttosport, who say despite him no longer scoring the Croatian is continuing to dominate the stats.

They explain that Vlasic is ‘among the best the league’ for shots on goal and key passes, while nobody in the Granata squad runs as much as he does.

He ‘goes nuts’ in Italy, albeit in a good way, and as a result continues to be a key player for Torino and manager Ivan Juric.

Vlasic is in good form and at the moment it is ‘difficult to stop’ the West Ham loanee, unless you decide to foul him.

He’s going through his best period in a while after his struggles at West Ham, even though he isn’t scoring like he was at the beginning of the season.

That doesn’t matter to his manager or Torino, who know they have a ‘high level player’ on their hands and want to keep him for as long as possible.

As far as they’re concerned Vlasic has built up a lot of credit and they are ready to ‘cash in’ sooner rather than later.
