According to A Spor, West Bromwich Albion consultant Giuliano Terraneo will travel to Istanbul this week to discuss a potential deal for Fenerbahce midfielder Josef de Souza.
West Brom were linked with the Brazilian last summer but pulled out of a deal at the last minute despite reports of an offer.
A Spor say the Italian will try to convince Fenerbahce officials to sell the 28 year old.
Terraneo signed Sousa for Fenerbahce when he was working for the Turkish club during the 2015/16 season, and it seems he wants to be reunited with his former player.
CNN Turk believe Sousa will not want to move to a club likely to be playing in the Championship next season, meaning Terraneo may need to pull off a ‘miracle’ to sign the player.
