Sergej Milinkovic-Savic has been linked with a move away from Lazio every summer for the past few years, with the Serbian midfielder becoming a very important player for the Serie A side.

Manchester United and PSG have repeatedly been pushed forward as potential destinations, and despite the Italian media even talking about big offers for the midfielder, it doesn’t appear that anyone has yet moved seriously to sign him.

Corriere dello Sport insist there’s interest in the Premier League, explaining the player has already turned down potential moves to Newcastle United and Arsenal. It’s claimed ‘he would say yes to Chelsea’, and could perhaps also agree to move if Manchester United come forward this summer.

However, despite these claims it doesn’t appear that Chelsea have actually moved for the signing, with Thomas Tuchel having other priorities in the market.

This could be an agent trying to tempt the Blues into a move and it shouldn’t be forgotten the Lazio player is represented by Mateja Kezman, who played for the London club in the 2004/05 season.
