Javi Gracia recently said that he’ll absolutely work in Spain again at some point, but it’s not been thought he’d even consider a Watford exit this summer.
The manager’s achievements with the Premier League side have caught the attention of clubs in Spain, including the Seville pair of Betis and Sevilla.
He almost moved to latter before taking over at the Hornets, but was rejected by the club, something they’ve likely had some regret over since.
Seville sport newspaper Estadio Deportivo goes with a headline saying: ‘The possibility of (im)possible Javi Gracia opens’
They claim they’ve ‘been able to confirm’ that whilst Gracia isn’t actively considering leaving Watford, if he were to receive an ‘interesting proposal’, both in a financial and sporting sense, then it wouldn’t be ruled out.
He’s said to be open to hearing proposals from those who represent him, and Estadio Deportivo say Gracia is ‘not a name to discard’ for both Betis and Sevilla.
