Tom Davies is ‘still looking for a new club’ after leaving Everton, with PSV Eindhoven a potential new suitor for him.

That’s according to Voetbal Zone, who say Marcel Brands ‘can convince’ the midfielder over a move to the Netherlands this summer.

The outlet explains that the 25-year-old is still on hunt for a new club after deciding to bring his long association with Everton to an end at the beginning of this month.

The Toffees would have liked to keep the midfielder but he’s ready to try something else, except he hasn’t been able to find that yet.

Clubs from the Süper Lig have tried to sign him but have not convinced him and now PSV could come into the mix.

Their transfer business is of course run by general manager Marcel Brands, who knows the player well from his own spell as Director of Football at Everton.

The belief is that he ‘can convince’ Davies to take up employment in Eindhoven as he looks to bolster their squad this summer after several exits.

There’s the potential of an Everton old boy’s reunion on the cards as Davies looks for a new adventure and the kickstart his career needs.
