VfB Stuttgart striker Sasa Kalajdzic has revealed he would find it hard to turn down Liverpool if they came knocking for him this summer.
The Austrian has been in impressive form for the Bundesliga side this season, with 13 goals in 26 games in all competitions to his name so far.
Twelve of those have come in the Bundesliga, meaning the 23-year-old is among the top goalscorers in the division this season.
That has already seen interest in him pick up, with reports in England recently indicating that West Ham United were one of several clubs considering a move for him this summer.
That list is likely to grow if he continues to impress in Germany between now and the end of the season, with clubs always on the hunt for the next top striker.
One club who haven’t been mentioned is Liverpool, but Kalajdzic admits they wouldn’t have to put up much of a fight if they did make a move.
“I feel completely at home at VfB, but it would be a really tough decision because I really like Liverpool,” he told BILD.
“This club is simply special to me. When I was a kid, I saw the Champions League final in 2005 when Liverpool came back from 3-0 down against Milan to win. That gripped me.
“The last time I went to a Liverpool game with my brother, I really kitted myself out: I bought myself a scarf, jersey, cap and a mug.”
