The Italian media today reports Liverpool’s latest attempt for the signing of AC Milan midfielder Frank Kessie.

Live on Sport Mediaset, journalist Claudio Ramondi claimed that the Reds have already put on the table a personal offer for the player, offering him a ‘huge’ amount of wages.

In touch with his agent George Atangana, the Anfield side have shown they can pay Kessie a salary of €8m per season.

Of course that’s still not enough to take him from Milan, since he has one more year of contract with the club and the Rossoneri are working to renew his deal.

It’s said the Serie A side ‘want to satisfy the economic demands’ of the complete midfielder by offering him €6m net per year.

Sport Mediaset claims there are ‘no signs’ that Kessie wants to leave Milan, so Liverpool’s personal offer must not be tempting enough.

Now besides agreeing salaries, the Reds would also need to convince the Rossoneri with a good bid, and we’re still to see any reports about that.
