Italian newspaper Tuttosport brings today some interesting quotes from Toulouse president Oliver Sadran regarding defender Jean-Clair Todibo.

“Todibo will not leave Toulouse before June. It’s not a matter of price,” the official told the outlet, rejecting the approaches that many clubs have been making for the youngster.

Tuttosport has a big list of impressive clubs who want Todibo. They say Juventus, Bayern, Barcelona, Liverpool, Napoli, Borussia Dortmund and Lyon are all keen on him.

This is not the first time the outlet claims the Reds are in the race for the defender, as they had done it earlier this month.

Interest from Anfield has also been reported in France.

The situation described by Sadran is because of Todibo’s contract. His deal with Toulouse expires in June, and according to Tuttosport, he’s evaluating all these offers he has.

Now the French side threaten to keep him out of the team if he doesn’t sign a new contract, and that’s a tough situation for him. Todibo either commits his future to Toulouse, or takes one of the offers and doesn’t play until the summer.

However, Tuttosport doesn’t take Sadran’s quotes for granted, and says that Juve could make a January attempt to avoid the summer competition. Maybe that’s a warning for Liverpool as well.
