Liverpool are reportedly starting to admit that they could sell Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona soon.
According to Brazilian outlet UOL today, the Reds no longer rule out letting the midfielder go, and already ‘gave him signs’ that the deal could happen.
Liverpool would now be waiting for a new bid from Barcelona, although their intention is to keep Coutinho at least until the end of the World Cup.
UOL also claims that when speaking to Coutinho’s representatives, Barcelona have already said that they are about to bid €150m for the Brazilian star.
The rumours surrounding Coutinho have been dragging for over a year now, with Barcelona, Real Madrid and PSG all said to be interested.
The Catalan press insists the Brazilian wants to move to Barça, with the latest claims saying explaining FSG will accept deferred payments from Barcelona, allowing the cost of a move to be spread out.
