Leeds United are on the verge of brining in another new player, according to Radio Yorkshire. The Championship side have been busy in this transfer window with new arrivals and also departures.

It’s been claimed Leeds United are moving in on a midfielder although it’s been confirmed this will not be Sunderland’s Liam Bridcutt. Leeds United have been linked with the midfielder in the past couple of weeks after his loan spell with the club last season. However, the club aren’t prepared to meet Sunderland’s asking price

There are no reports on who Leeds United will be signing, but deal should be completed very soon. Garry Monk is keen to bolster in this department, and he may need to bring in a midfielder with experience.

Monk has already brought in six players in this transfer window, which includes Rob Green, Marcus Antonsson and Kemar Roofe. Leeds United have also sold this summer with Giuseppe Bellusci returning to Italy and Lewis Cook joining Bournemouth.
