Fulham are one of the clubs in the hunt to sign FC Twente’s Joshua Brenet in the summer window.

The right-back starred for the Eredivisie side last season, scoring 10 goals and registering four assists from 41 games. His fine displays and impressive statistics have drawn the attention of a few clubs.

According to 1908.nl, Fulham, Feyenoord, Fenerbahçe and Beşiktaş are all keen to sign the 29-year-old and can secure his services for a ‘low price’.

It’s stated the defender is valued at €4m but his suitors can sign him for ‘about a quarter of that amount’, meaning around €1m.

Beşiktaş are looking at Brenet as an option to replace Valentin Rosier. Among his suitors, 1908.nl explain that Marco Silva’s side are ‘currently’ in the lead to sign the Netherlands international in this window.

The Twente star is aware of the options he has and hasn’t made a final decision so far on his future.

Last month, Brenet admitted he’s open to changing clubs in this window and also revealed he had “serious interest” from Fulham in the winter market.
