Late on Sunday, a claim in France appeared stating that Paris Saint-Germain were interested in Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Rayan Aït-Nouri.
The left-back has been a sought after commodity from a young age, and while he has endured a series of ups and downs at Wolves, this season has seen him improve his game time drastically.
This has led to some speculation he could leave Molineux in the foreseeable future, but Le Parisien in France, taking to X, explain Paris will not be his destination.
They reveal that while the Ligue 1 side are indeed looking for a left-back during the January transfer window, they are ‘not following’ any avenue that would lead them to the Wolves man.
Therefore, while there might be some clubs interested in signing the Algeria international, the Premier League club won’t have to worry about the rich French club knocking on their door in the coming months.
As for Aït-Nouri, we’ll have to wait and see what his ambitions are, but he has made it clear over the last month that he is currently delighted with how things are going at Wolves, and didn’t exactly sound like a player looking for an exit.
Selon nos informations, le PSG, qui est bien à la recherche d’un arrière gauche pour le mercato d’hiver, ne suit pas la piste menant à Rayan Aït-Nouri, le latéral de Wolverhampton #Mercato
