Even though Abel Hernandez is said to be in ‘advanced talks’ to join Leeds United this summer, it seems that his agents haven’t stopped listening to offers for him.

With his contract with Hull City expiring at the end of June, the player isn’t keen on signing a new deal at the club, and will soon be free to join any other side in the summer.

Now the latest reports from Italy have been claiming that Turkish side Galatasaray have just been in contact to sign the striker, with Leeds not getting a mention.

According to website Calcio Mercato, the player’s entourage have just met club representatives to listen to the offer they have for the Uruguayan.

That should make things more complicated for Leeds United, who according to the Yorkshire Evening Post, will only be able to meet the £40k per week that Hernandez is paid at Hull.

So if Galatasaray can afford much more than that, it should be unlikely to see Hernandez playing in the Championship next season.
