Fotospor claim Fenerbahce youngster Ferdi Kadioglu is a target for Championship side Derby County.
The Netherlands U21 international has huge potential and has shown his qualities when he’s featured for the Istanbul club this season.
According to the Turkish website’s information, Derby County are interested in signing the 20 year old and are monitoring his situation with Fener.
Former Fenerbahce manager Phillip Cocu was key in Kadioglu’s decision to sign for the club in 2018 and Fotospor report he shares the same agent with his compatriot.
It’s claimed the Derby County boss would like to be reunited with Kadioglu at Pride Park, but Fenerbahce are determined to keep him. The Yellow Canaries are in the mix for the Super Lig title and subsequently they don’t want to lose any players during the next transfer window.
Kadioglu has played seven games for the Super Lig side in all competitions this season and has featured for a total of 229 minutes.
During his run in the team the attacking midfielder has scored three goals and provided two assists. He’s contracted to his club until June 2022.
