Following Sir Alex Ferguson’s departure from Manchester United in 2013, the attention at Old Trafford was fixed on a few names including those of David Moyes and Adnan Januzaj.

The successor to the legendary manager didn’t last long in the role, staying in charge for only one year, and the player, who was seen as a future star, couldn’t meet expectations at the club either, eventually leaving them for good in 2017.

It turns out the two could be reunited again, this time at West Ham United, because according to reports from the Spanish media, Moyes is keen on signing the 27-year-old.

Mundo Deportivo points out that after knowing him’ very well’, the manager has ‘fixed his eyes’ on the player in this transfer window.

West Ham wouldn’t need to pay a fee to sign Januzaj, since he’s walking out of Real Sociedad at the end of his contract this summer.

Last season with the La Liga side, the winger had five goals and three assists in 44 appearances.

Mundo Deportivo claims that many clubs are interested in signing the player, but one of them, Real Betis, are ruled out because of his high wages, meaning that’s an advantage West Ham may have in this race.
