Juventus’ Radu Drăgușin has long been a transfer target Crystal Palace, even before he signed a new four-year deal with the Turin club in April.
The defender’s decision to sign an extension has not stopped the Eagles from chasing him.
Massimiliano Allegri’s side are looking to get rid of few of their players and among them is the 19-year-old.
That’s according to Calciomercato, who say the centre-back is ‘looking for a team’ where he can enjoy more game time next season, after having struggled for regular opportunities with the Italian giants.
It’s said the Romania U21 international ‘has his suitcase ready’ to leave Juventus and Sassuolo would be willing to take him.
Apart from them, there are clubs outside Italy looking at the player for this summer. From England, Patrick Vieira’s Crystal Palace ‘like’ Drăgușin, along with Bundesliga side RB Leipzig.
An operation could be carried out in the summer after Drăgușin’s agent Florin Manea admitted his client will assess options, if Juventus decide to allow him leave this summer.
“Juve never contacted us to talk about his possible exit. Should he do so, we are ready to discuss and evaluate the situation,” Manea told Tutto Juve earlier this week.
