According to the Demioren News Agency (DHA), Galatasaray are very close to signing Swansea City forward Wilfried Bony.
Milliyet have covered these claims from DHA and they say the Turkish club are ready to announce the arrival of Ivorian international striker from the Championship side.
It’s reported agents and intermediaries are handling the negotiations between the two clubs as Galatasaray look set to sign Bony on a free transfer.
DHA also claim Bony will be paid less than what he currently earns at Swansea City and it’s expected the transfer will become official in the next few days.
Galatasaray are in the market for a striker in this transfer window and they’ve also been linked with a move to sign Alan Carvalho from Guangzhou Evergrande.
Bony has made 7 appearances for Swansea City this season, scoring one goal. The player will become a free agent at the end of the season and there have been reports of interest from China in recent days.
