One of the hits of this Premier League season at Brighton & Hove Albion, Moises Caicedo is ready for the World Cup.
There is little doubt that the Seagulls midfielder will be picked to represent his nation at the tournament, and while he is currently focused on his club, he does have an eye on his international duty.
The 21-year-old has started every game for Brighton this season, whether it be under Graham Potter or Roberto De Zerbi, and has scored a goal in the process.
He is now an immovable object at Amex Stadium, and that is also the case for his country, for whom he already has 25 caps.
The Brighton star said, relayed by Studio Futbol: “I’m preparing at 200% because I don’t know if I’m going to have another World Cup and now I’m doing my best. I’m only focusing on this one because many things can happen in the future.
“I want you to see Moises at his best. That’s why I’m happy to be getting a lot of minutes in the Premier League, which is for me the best league in the world. It’s going to help me a lot in the World Cup to go with more experience and being able to help my teammates on the field.”
