Arsenal and Leicester City are the latest clubs to be linked to Torino’s Bruno Peres.
According to Thursday’s edition of Tuttosport, the Premier League remains “hot” on the player. That’s because he was already rumoured to be close to a Manchester City move earlier this month.
Arsenal reportedly haven’t shown they can pay the right amount yet, as Leicester are said to be still learning the conditions for the transfer. The newspaper says that Torino would accept to sell the Brazilian for €20m.
The old Manchester City claims also said the same value, and Torino were expecting to get an offer from Pep Guardiola’s side. However, it seems that City’s interest has gone cold, and at the time it didn’t make much sense either.
Peres would be fortunate to get a move to Arsenal, and perhaps even fortunate to be considered by Premier League champions Leicester City. There’s someone clearly pushing the idea of a sale, and adding clubs in as interested.
