Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa is reportedly interested in bringing Argentine defender Juan Foyth to the club, and ‘very attentive’ to the player’s situation and subsequent transfer chances.

According to AS Argentina, the manager would like the Elland Road side to sign the 20-year-old on a loan deal in the January transfer window, something described as a ‘great opportunity’ by AS.

The outlet points out that this is not the first time that Foyth is linked to Leeds, and this time, Marcelo Bielsa’s presence would make the move more likely.

With the manager looking for a defender and the player needing to have more minutes, El Loco is keeping an eye on the situation to offer this game time to seduce him.

This news come right after the London Evening Standard published today that Foyth may leave Tottenham in January if he doesn’t get enough first team football before then.

The defender, who signed for the Spurs in the summer of 2017, doesn’t have any official appearances for the club this season.
