Swiss midfielder Gokhan Inler signed for Premier League champions Leicester City last summer in a €7m deal, but has failed to make an impact at the club.
The 32-year-old managed just 700 minutes of football last season in all competitions, and has been left out of the club’s pre-season tour to the United States.
Inler’s agent Dino Lamberti has also confirmed his client will leave the club this summer should they reasonable get offers from other clubs.
According to Turkish media outlet Lig TV, Galatasaray are interested in signing Inler.
Lig TV say Galatasaray are hopeful of signing Inler, after he was left out of the club’s pre-season tour. Italian website Tutto Mercato Web reckon Cagliari are also interested in the former Napoli star.
The 32-year-old still has another couple of years left on his contract at Leicester, and may well see Galatasaray as an attractive big club.
