Interestingly, Manna has been in London since yesterday to potentially unlock several deals involving Premier League clubs.
Napoli’s desire to sign McTominay on loan feels unlikely to succeed, and it’s stated he’d have to sign a new contract at Old Trafford for that to happen anyway.
They almost certainly wouldn’t be able to pay €30m for the midfielder on a permanent deal, so it’s hard to see him ending up at the Serie A club.
