Juventus and Arsenal could be busy exchanging players this summer, with the former pushing to sign Gabriel Magalhaes.
That’s according to Tuttosport, who say the likes of Artur and Weston McKennie could end up at the Emirates.
They explain that Juventus have finished a two-day trip to London in which they have met with clubs and agents to talk over potential deals.
That saw them hold talks with Arsenal as defender Gabriel is at the top of their wish-list for the summer transfer window.
The Italian side need a replacement for Giorgio Chiellini, and Gabriel, who, crucially, is left-footed, is the man they want to fill the hole the Italian will leave behind.
There is a ‘willingness’ to get a deal over the line, and the recent meeting between the two clubs only helped to ‘deepen the Gabriel dossier’.
Juventus’s idea is to bring his €50m price tag down by including players, and the Gunners would not mind Artur, who Mikel Arteta tried to sign on loan in January. McKennie is also a name that has come up as he is ‘expendable’ as far s the Bianconeri are concerned.
Gabriel was not the only Arsenal player Juve discussed, though, with them also having ‘inquired’ about Thomas Partey.
He is a player that they have liked since he was at Atlético Madrid, and they’ve revived that interest this summer as Max Allegri looks to boost his midfield.
The midfielder is another that could be worked into a deal between the two clubs, with Arsenal ‘more willing’ to sell players off if they fail to qualify for the Champions League.
