Juventus are ‘ready to say goodbye’ to midfielder Adrien Rabiot should Newcastle United make an ‘adequate’ offer for him.
That’s according to Calciomercato, who say the Italian side would consider a bid of €10-15m as enough to let the Frenchman go.
The website explains that Rabiot is back in the firing line after another poor performance against Villarreal, with fans tired of him and his displays.
Newcastle ‘came forward’ in the January transfer market, but the midfielder didn’t want to consider the idea at the time.
Now Juventus are ‘ready to say goodbye’ in the summer, and an offer around €10-15m would be enough for them.
That’s because they originally signed him on a free transfer from Paris Saint Germain, and his current contract is set to expire in 2023.
The latter creates a need to sell should they not agree to a new contract, but whether Newcastle will return isn’t mentioned.
Their summer business is very dependant on them staying in the Premier League at this point, something which ‘still hangs in the balance’, the same as Rabiot’s future in Turin.
