Turkish newspaper Aksam report Crystal Palace striker Alexander Sorloth, who’s currently on loan at Trabzonspor, remains a transfer target for Serie A giants Napoli ahead of the summer window.

The Norwegian striker joined the club on a two-year loan deal from Palace at the start of the season and has been impressing with his performances.

Sorloth has been one of the key players at Trabzonspor, who were leading the table before the Turkish Super Lig was stopped due to the Coronavirus outbreak. Subsequently his performances have reportedly caught the eye of Europe’s biggest clubs, including Napoli.

It’s claimed the Turkish club have no intention of selling Sorloth on the cheap as they value the player at €30m.

Aksam claim if one of the interested clubs make an offer in this region then the Turkish club will discuss the issue with Crystal Palace and they could sign him permanently at the end of the season for €6m.

Sorloth has scored 25 goals in all competitions for Trabzonspor this season. His contract at Selhurst Park will expire at the end of June 2022.
