Isco could still be leaving Real Madrid this window. According to Spanish reports, the midfielder has two options in case of departure: Tottenham or Malaga.
AS says that Mauricio Pochettino has talked to the player, offered him an important role at the club and used the Champions League spot as an argument to convince him.
But the 24-year-old would be more keen to return to Malaga, where he was an idol in the past and would be returning to a heroes welcome.
Real Madrid have reportedly put the player on the market and are listening for offers, although there’s no intention to sell him now. They want to send the player on loan since they’re still afraid of FIFA’s transfer ban.
According to the story, the Spanish side are not happy with Isco’s form over the past couple of seasons and Zinedine Zidane already told him he’s not getting much game time if he stays. That’s why everyone is working for a transfer to be sorted before tomorrow night.
