Steven Gerrard will now be getting his Rangers team ready for their hugely important match against SK Rapid Wien tonight.
In the home game in October, two goals from Alfredo Morelos and another from James Tavernier, via the penalty spot, helped Gerrard’s men to a 3-1 victory at Ibrox.

Sport24 also report that Rangers fans are ‘completely paralysing’ the underground. There’s no explanation of exactly what is happening, but it is said thousands arrived at Schwedenplatz station, and the service was stopped for around 20 minutes.
It’s explained there’s ‘no fear of riots’, but ‘anticipation of an atmospheric match’. The approach towards Rangers fans has seemed good natured and positive.
