Nicolò Zaniolo has been linked with a move away from Galatasaray, just months after he joined them from AS Roma in January. Newcastle United are among the clubs said to be interested in him.

Three days ago, Hürriyet reported the winger’s agent had held talks with the Magpies over a potential deal.

Newcastle are joined by Juventus, AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain in the transfer chase. That’s according to Milliyet, who state the saga around the 24-year-old is likely to go on until the last day of the window.

The Turkish club have to balance their books which is why they will consider offers for the former Roma man, who has a €35m release clause, and Victor Nelsson.

Over at Sabah, they state Galatasaray have suffered an annual loss of 952m TL [€32.1m] and need to raise funds to improve their finances.

This has seen the Turkish champions consider selling some of their key players, especially the Italy international since he has attracted interest from several clubs. This is when Eddie Howe’s side, Juve and Milan are mentioned as they all want to sign him.

Despite the €35m clause, Sabah state Galatasaray could lower the price but are not ready to sell Zaniolo for less than €30m.
