There’s a claim in the Turkish media that West Ham United are showing last minute interest in Fenerbahçe goalkeeper Dominik Livaković.
The Croatia international looks surplus to requirements with the Super Lig club, with reports this summer they’ve been trying to offload him.
Sporx report on West Ham’s pursuit for the 30-year-old and it’s claimed the Hammers have made an offer for him.
Mads Hermansen has started the season as West Ham’s No.1 following his transfer from Leicester City, but his performance against Chelsea brought him under scrutiny.
According to the Turkish media outlet there’s a serious chance Livaković could leave Fenerbahçe before the transfer window closes, with a number of clubs said to be interested.
Only last week there were claims Nottingham Forest were also monitoring the situation with the Croat as they look to bring in competition for Matz Sels.
However, the player’s salary demands were proving to be an issue for the Premier League side and also the uncertainty over the future of Nuno Espirito Santo.
Livaković made 32 appearances last season, but has yet to feature in this campaign. He’s contracted to Fener until June 2028.
