There’s a claim in the Turkish media that Besiktas are showing interest in Fulham attacking midfielder Harry Wilson.
The Black Eagles are looking to add to their squad ahead of next season as they make an ambitious move to sign the Wales international.
Tavkim report on Besiktas’ pursuit for the Fulham player as Ole Gunnar Solskjær looks to strengthen his midfield in this window. Orkun Kökçü has already been brought in from Benfica and it’s hoped they can partner Wilson with the Turkey international.
It’s claimed transfer talks have commenced over signing the Fulham man and that ‘significant progress’ has been made. The Welshman’s versatility is said to be a reason why the Super Lig side want to bring him in this summer.
There are reports a deal could soon be finished between the two clubs, but no details of a transfer fee or the player’s terms have been disclosed by the Turkish media outlet.
Wilson made 27 appearances in all competitions for the Craven Cottage club last season, scoring six goals. He’s contracted to the London side until June 2026 after his current deal was extended for another 12 months in May.
