Genoa defender Radu Dragusin is ‘on his way’ to London to complete a move to Tottenham, with it expected to be finalised at the end of this week.

That’s according to journalist Rudy Galetti, who covers the impeding transfer today while Tuttosport cover what Juventus are expecting from the deal.

The journalist reports that Tottenham are completing the last details on the move with Genoa before scheduling medicals to take place by the end of the week.

They’re pushing ahead to get their man, with Bayern yet to send any official bid for the Romanian defender and Napoli and AC Milan never in concrete talks. Radu, instead, ‘is on his way’ to Tottenham.

Juventus are keeping a close eye on the matter after selling the defender to Genoa in a €5.5m deal back in July.

That came after a year-long loan spell at the club but included a future resale clause that will see them pocket 20%, around €5m and perhaps more in future from bonuses.

That’s an important figure as far as they’re concerned, providing director of football Cristiano Giuntoli with new resources for the January transfer window.

They’re very keen for the deal to go through and it seems Tottenham are too, with the defender expected to have his medical tests at the end of the week.
