‘The perfect example of a leader’ – Leeds United player gaining fans, Orta purchase looks great decision

Leeds United midfielder Tyler Adams has been hailed as ‘the perfect example of a leader’ as he impresses at the World Cup.

L’Equipe look at the USA team today after they qualified for the knockout stages of the tournament earlier this week.

They’re now set to take on the Netherlands in the last 16, a game they will believe they can win following their performances in the group stages.

The midfielder, who joined Leeds for €26m in the summer, is ‘making a big impression’ both on and off the pitch, with a mature response to questioning from a journalist before the explosive 1-0 win over Iran earning him plaudits.

As far as the newspaper are concerned, he is the ‘perfect example’ of a leader, one who is capable of ‘pulling his teammates up’ under any circumstances.

They expect that to continue in the knockout stages and the Leeds man to continue impressing, picking up fans and proving Victor Orta’s decision to sign him was a very smart one.
