Nottingham Forest have set their sights on Anderlecht’s Moussa Ndiaye ahead of the the winter window.

That’s at least what Africa Foot are reporting, and they state the Reds have identified the 22-year-old as their priority target for January.

The left-back has been featuring regularly for the Jupiler Pro League side this season, making 19 appearances in all competitions.

His performances have brought interest from other clubs and the report is mainly focused on Nottingham Forest.

Nuno Espírito Santo’s side are aiming to sign him in the next window and are ready to make an offer to the Senegalese.

The fullback’s deal at the Belgian club lasts until 2027 and the report states Anderlecht ‘have to be persuaded’ for Forest to secure his services next month. It doesn’t seem to be easy as Africa Foot claim this make the operation complex for Nottingham Forest.

As well as the Premier League side, Deportivo Alavés and other unnamed clubs are showing interest in the player, which has increased his valuation. There’s no mention of any figures or whether Ndiaye is open to making a switch to Nottingham Forest, if they were to convince Anderlecht.
